By MARC CHAMPION Most global airlines have had a tough few years, but Turkish Airlines has never made so much money. While the others were cutting routes, Turkish Airlines loaded them on, with 19 new destinations—including Los Angeles; Toulouse, France; Basra, Iraq; and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam—on the menu for this year alone. The airline has talked about buying the Polish and Serbian carriers, LOT and Jat, though a company statement says the board has yet to make a decision. View...
